Day Three
Measurements: 123.4 lbs Waist 25" Thigh 18" Hips 34" Bust 32.5"
(Down 0.8 lbs, down 0.5" in waist, down 0.5" in thigh, same in hips, and down 1" in bust.)
- I remembered the calcium+D supplement, iodine/potassium and a Gingko Biloba today. I also took the Advocare Probiotic restore, as is indicated by the instructions with the 10-day cleanse. The kit includes them.
- Took two Catalyst capsules with water, first thing upon getting to work.
- One glass of grape Spark. Visit this link to see how to drink your Spark properly.
- 30 minutes after the Spark is gone, protein shake that consists of 1 1/3 cups water, 2 scoops peanut butter/chocolate-flavored whey protein (Wal-Mart), 1 TB Ovaltine chocolate powder (Target) and 1/2 banana. Calories: 338
- No Fiber Drink today, per the 10-day Cleanse instructions. The cool thing about the Advocare cleanse is they structure it for optimal results. I will take the remaining fiber packets in a couple of days.
- Drink water, water, water.
- Lunch was a cup of raw cauliflower, and about two TB of white bean and basil hummus.
- Workout after work consisted a bit of cardio, as I worked late.
- Dinner was an egg white omelet with half an avocado, and a dirty martini because it was Thursday.
- Before bed, I take my cleanse capsules, 1 Valerian root, 2 Glucosamine Chondroitin and go to bed.
Thoughts from the Day:
- I slept well last night, and got so excited about projects today that I didn't eat a ton, but that was okay.
- I must say I am still waiting for the cleanse to reaaalllly kick in. However, I've already done it once, so once again, it probably means this time around there's not much to clean out.
- My measurements down a little bit today, but what I've noticed when I do the challenge is that I always lose more weight in the second 14 days of the challenge than the first 10.
