Advocare 24-Day Challenge - DAY 3


Day Three

Measurements: 124.2 lbs  Waist 25.5"  Thigh 18.5"  Hips 34"  Bust 33.5"
(Up 1.4 lbs, same in waist, up0.5" in thigh, same in hips, and up 1" in bust. This is mostly attributed to day-one water weight.

  • Right after breakfast, the Fiber Drink. Visit this link to see how to take your Fiber properly.
  • Drink water, water, water
  • Lunch was a cup of raw cauliflower, a cup of baby carrots, and about four TB of white bean and basil hummus
  • Workout after work consisted of outdoor running, walking, stair climbing and even some yoga poses. 
  • Dinner was more like snacking on carrots and hummus and marinated eggplant. Therefore, it's okay to switch things up a couple of times per week. 
  • Before bed, I take my cleanse capsules, 1 Valerian root, 2 Glucosamine Chondroitin and go to bed. 

    Thoughts from the Day:

    • I'm doing too much and sleeping too little (completely unrelated to the cleanse) and that leaves me exhausted.
    • I am still waiting for the cleanse to reaaalllly kick in. However, I've already done it once, so it probably means this time around there's not much to clean out.
    • My measurements went up today, most likely due to the salt/sodium in last night's meal.

    Calories eaten: 1,272
    Calories burned: 
    2,500 (According to FitBit One)
    Minutes exercise:
    60
    Steps taken: 
    14,478 (that means I got the 14,102 I needed to!)
    Water drunk: 
    10 glasses (8 fl oz each)
